You can test out our free plan any time, which is probably the best way to get familiar with the product. How exactly are Bponi Store 'staff users' calculated to determine pricing?
Staff users refers to the total number of team members invited to Bponi Store Admin whom you collaborate with. For the purposes of billing, we only count users who have logged in at least once in the last 30 days.
Have your prices gone up? Can I restore the old Bponi Store account which I used to have?
We've raised prices a number of times as Bponi Store and Bponi have matured over the years, however we always grandfather customers on pricing - so if you become a customer today you will lock in that price for life and be immune to future changes. This is our way of thanking early adopters who have maintained an active subscription. Unfortunately we are not able to restore accounts which have expired for more than 30 days. We automatically purge and delete inactive-user data from our systems as much as possible in accordance with the GDPR. So if you had an old account with us once, in most cases you'll need to sign up for a new one and start over.
Can you describe your security and data practices?
We, like you, expect our data to be secure and confidential at all times, and we go to great lengths to ensure that this is always the case. We conduct regular security reviews of our product and infrastructure. We have a publicly available Data Processing Agreement.
